Cunard has announced that legendary chef, restaurateur, television host and author, Matt Moran, will headline the talent show for his extraordinary five-day Australian culinary journey from Sydney on January 28, 2023.
On board, the Australian icon will create signature dishes for onboard diners and share his passion for Australian cuisine and produce with Cunard guests through talks and interviews.

Cunard’s first major Australian culinary voyage will celebrate all aspects of Australia’s unique food and wine offerings on a five-day cruise from Sydney on January 28, 2023. Other culinary royalty joining the sail will be announced soon, guaranteeing a dynamic program of organized events and dinners. , demonstrations, interviews and shore experiences.
Departing Sydney on January 28, 2023, the 5-night sail passes through three of Australia’s culinary hotspots, sailing to Melbourne and Burnie (Tasmania), before returning to Sydney on February 2.
For a special introductory rate starting at AU$1,309 in a twin-bed shared cabin inside, Cunard guests will be able to sample exceptional creations, learn about indigenous ingredients and local produce, sample beautiful Australian drops and immerse yourself in the culinary scenes of Sydney, Melbourne and Burnie on bespoke shore excursions.
