sydney– Cunard announced the legendary chef, restaurateur, television host and author, matt moran will headline the talent program for its extraordinary five-day Australian Grand Culinary Journey departing sydney to January 28, 2023.

On board, the Australian icon will create signature dishes for onboard diners and share his passion for Australian cuisine and produce with Cunard guests through talks and interviews.

Cunard’s first major Australian culinary voyage will celebrate all aspects of Australia’s unique food and wine offerings on a five-day cruise from sydney to January 28, 2023. Other culinary royalty joining sailing will soon be announced, ensuring a dynamic program of hosted events and dinners, demonstrations, interviews and shore experiences.

Departure sydney to January 28, 2023The 5-night sail passes three of Australia’s culinary hotspots, sailing to melbourne and Burnie (Tasmania), before returning to sydney February 2.

For a special introductory rate starting at AU$1,309 per person in a twin-bed shared cabin inside, Cunard guests will be able to sample exceptional creations, learn about indigenous ingredients and local produce, taste beautiful Aussie drops and immerse yourself in sydney, melbourne and Burnie’s culinary scenes on bespoke shore excursions.
